Kengmo comes to us from Cameroon in Central Africa where some of his most important "schooling"
came through songs, proverbs, riddles, and music played on handmade instruments and dancing. All children should know how WISE they are and we all need to know we also can be a GENIUS when we
work very, very hard. We enjoyed his visit very, very much!!!

This was our first Cultural Arts assembly of the year, sponsored by our PTA.
Kengmo stopped to visit at both Glen Grove & Westbrook schools.

Kengmo's childhood was enriched by hearing the elder's wisdom shared around fires at night as well as during daily activities.

Kengmo was a member of the National Dance Company of Cameroon and has toured many times in Africa, Asia, and Europe.

Kengmo is a Musician, Storyteller, Dancer and Educator.
